Daily Pages
Each day – write for three pages (or for twenty minutes which ever is the shortest)
Write what ever comes into your head – don’t think about it or censor what you write. Don’t show what you have written to others – this is a private exercise to help you discover more about what is on your mind. Occasionally you may write something you really what someone else to understand – read this section to them.
This form of writing is – free association which is a good way of understanding more unconscious thought processes – the more you just write without thinking the more useful it is. Often what you have written will be illogical or repetitive – like dreams can be, don’t be concerned about this simply observe what words and subjects are coming up in your mind.
